- cook ginger, garlic and onions in half of soy for a bit- add veg (you might want to add them in stages based on veg hardness and cooking time.. i.e. I like my waterchestnuts pretty well done, that takes a while, so I add them first.)- add rest of soy and water- mix well- add some salt and pepper to taste- cover and cook for a couple minutes- mix well- cover and cook until veg is done to taste- I used udon noodles that just need heating up... so I add those last just before plating.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CHOWDA.
