How Do I Make Fave Veggies Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Fave Veggies Stir Fry:

Place 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in wok (high heat). Saute garlic and onions. Add lean ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once meat is cooked, stir in 3/4 cup chicken broth, broccoli florets, baby corn, carrots, and potatoes. Reduce heat. Cover wok. While waiting for the vegetables to cook, mix remaining chicken broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a sauce pan (low heat). Add hot sauce or chili to sauce if desired. Stir veggies. After about 10 minutes, add red and green bell peppers and chick peas to the wok. Once the peppers and chickpeas are cooked, switch off heat. Transfer veggies to serving dish and pour sauce on top.
