Here is how you make Jerk Tempeh Stir Fry:

In a large non-stick wok, pour about 3 tbsp. of olive oil and turn stove to medium-high. While olive oil is heating, slice tempeh into 1" cubes. Place tempeh cubes in the oil and cook, stirring and turning the tempeh until it is browned on all sides. Season with jerk seasonings.Add vegetables, salt, pepper, and marinade to the wok, and stir fry until veggies are crisp-tender, about 7 minutes.Makes 2 servings.
