Place between two plates, put something heavy on top plate. Press for 15-30 minutes. Drain. Cube. Set aside.Noodle Prep: Boil water. Add noodles, and cook 5-7 minutes until tender, but still chewy. Drain. Place in saucepan, and pour 1/2 of sauce packet on noodles. Stir to distribute, and set aside. In saucepan/skillet/wok, heat 2 tsp sesame oil. Add mushrooms, and saute until they start to shrink and look glazed. Add peppers, heat for 1 minute. Add 1/2 of sauce packet, and toss until distributed. Remove from heat, add to noodles. Return skillet to burner. Add 1 tsp sesame oil to skillet (without cleaning it). Add cubed tofu. Heat until browned (or not, just cook it until you feel like they're good). Add to noodle + veg mixture. Stir to distribute sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.5 1-1/2 cup servings.
