Here is how you make Saut?ed Tofu Stir Fry:

Mist a nonstick wok or skillet with cooking spray and heat up pan on high until water droplet sizzles on it. Add your tofu, onions, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and sesame oil. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring slowly. After 3 minutes, add broccoli and red bell pepper. Continue cooking and stirring for 10 additional minutes or until tofu is browned on all sides. Stir in your soy sauce, splenda, and pepper flakes.
