What Are The Ingredients For Stir Fry Quinioa Recipe?

The ingredients for Stir Fry Quinioa are:

1 block extra firm tofu
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 c canned pineapple
1 tbsp Canola Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp Siracha Chili sauce
1/2 c Edemame- shelled
1 medium red pepper, diced
2 c cooked Quinioa
1/4 c Vegetable broth

Preheat oven to 325F. Press tofu to remove excess water. Cut tofu into 1/2 inche cubes and place in a bowl and coat with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp siracha. Bake for 45 minutes.

In a large skillet heat canola oil, add red peppers and garlic and heat until soft. Add edemame, quinioa (cooked), broth, 2 tbsp siracha, pinenapple and tofu. Cook until heated through. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
