How Do I Make Udon Noodle Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make Udon Noodle Stir-Fry:

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the onion (peeled and cut into 1/2" slices) and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water 1 to 2 T at a time to keep the onion from sticking to the pan. Add the now peas and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the Chinese Brown Sauce (soy sauce, vegetable stock, molasses or brown rice syrup, ginger, garlic and arrowroot powder that is combined and cooked over medium heat until thickened). Cook for 1 minute. Add the cooked noodles. Add mung bean sprouts and toss well.
