Dash of Allspice
Zest of a small Lime
About a cup of Basalmic Vinegar
about 4 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Here is how you make Grilled Peaches with Strawberry, Fig and Lime Balasmic Reduction:

Makes 4 servings of two halves.Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add figs, strawberries. A dash of salt is a good idea. Once fruit is slightly warmed add sugar, allspice and vinegar. I turned up the heat till it started to boil than reduced it to a simmer.Reduce until sweet and slightly thicker. Turn off heat.Add lime zest and vanilla stir well.Grill peaches face down til lightly charred and soft. Place in a dish, furry side down and spoon the sauce into the pit holes.You can strain the reduction if you don't like the chunks. Top with lowfat yogurt for a creamy treat.
