Set aside. Spread the cream cheese on both slices of your bread. Place a layer of sliced strawberries on one slice of bread (save the rest for garnish) and put second slice on top. Preheat a non stick frying pan on medium heat. Put your sandwich in egg mixture, turning to ensure good coverage on both sides. Let it soak for a while. Lower heat. Place in preheated fry pan, cover to ensure it cooks all the way trough. Flip after a few minutes. Once it's golden brown on both sides, it's done. Dust with some powdered sugar. Serve with a little margarine, syrup and remaining strawberry slices.
