Stuff peppers, which have been sliced lengthwise and cleaned of seeds. Top with canned tomatoes and bake for about 30 minutes @ 350 degrees. Remove and top with Mozzeralla cheese and put back in the oven for a few minutes to melt. NOTE: Amount of filling needed varies depending upon size of peppers.
