4 spring onion finely chopped

Here is how you make Stuffed Mushroom:

PRE HEAT OVEN at 180 C or 350 F.Remove the stalks from the mushroom, clean gently the caps and set aside.Chop the stalks finely. Heat 2 tbsp of extra vergin olive oli aand add the stalks chopped and the spring onion chopped. Let them cook on low heat for 5 min. Transfare to a bowl and add the bradcrumbs, the chopped parsley, 1 tbsp of oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
