1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup diced celery
2 cloves garlic
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make Dora's Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms:

Wash mushrooms and remove stems and brown gills set aside; saute onion, celery and garlic in 1 Tbs. butter until slightly brown reduce heat and add tomatoes and spices mix well and remove from heat.
