ground black pepper to taste
1/2 c finely chopped fresh mint
1/4 c finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsely
2 tb chopped walnuts, whole pine nuts, or slivered almonds (optional)
3 large green bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
