1/2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
pinch cinnamon
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium red bell peppers, cored and tops reserved

Here is how you make Salsa Supreme Stuffed Peppers:

In a medium bowl, combine the TVP and boiling water. Set aside for 10 minutes. Add the cooked rice, salsa, ketchup, Worcestershire, cumin, chili powder, oregano and cinnamon and mix well. Cover bowl with plastic and chill overnight.Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a casserole dish.In a nonstick frypan, saute onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
