1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/5 cup raisins (or 1/4 C raisins & 1/4 C golden raisins)

Preheat oven to 375 degreesCut squash in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds.Place halves, cut side down, in large baking dish.Pour in water till it is about 1/4 inch deep.Bake 40 minutesWhile squash is baking, rinse quinoa under cold water in a fine mesh sieve till water runs clear.Transfer quinoa to a small saucepan and add apple juice, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.Heat to boiling.Reduce heat to low, cover.
