I small/medium butternut squash
I medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
I celery stalk, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1tbsp tamari
3tbsp tahini
grid of salt and pepper
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pecans
1 thick slice bread of your choice, breadcrumbed - split into two portions

Here is how you make Stuffed Butternut Squash - From La Dolce Vegan by Sarah Kramer:

Pre heat oven to 350f/175c.If using dried rice, cook as packet instructions.Slice squash in half lengthways, scoop out seeds, place cut side down and prick all over with a fork.bake for approx 20-30 mins or until tender.Meanwhile fry the onion, garlic, celery and green pepper on a low heat until the onion is translucent. Remove squash from oven, when cool enough scoop out squash, place in a big mixing bowl and mash.You can either reserve the shells to fill or use any other baking dishes that look about the right size for the mix.Add half of the breadcrumbs to the bowl and all of the other ingredients. Mix well to combine.
