What Are The Ingredients For Stuffed Swiss Chard Recipe?The ingredients for Stuffed Swiss Chard are: 2 T Olive Oil8 Swiss Chard Leaves, large enough to roll 3 carrots, diced 1 onion, diced 2 stalks celery, diced 2 beets. diced 8 oz. diced potato 1 cup vegetable broth 1 T unsalted butter 1 t minced garlic 1 t thyme, dried 1 t fresh rosemary 2 T lemon juice 1 T parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste How Do I Make Stuffed Swiss Chard?Here is how you make Stuffed Swiss Chard: 1. Dice up all vegetables2. Heat olive oil in large skillet and add vegetables, garlic, herbs and salt and pepper. Saute for 3-5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of vegetable broth, cover and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.3. Drop swiss chard into salted, boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Dry on towel until needed.4. When vegetable mixture is finished, add lemon juice, stir and then put 2 T onto each swiss chard piece. Sprinkle a small amount of parmesan cheese on top of vegetables and then roll using the bottom portions first and then wrapping the top part last. When finished, put the swiss chard rolls on top of the remaining vegetables. Top each with a small amount of butter and add 1/2 cup vegetable broth to pan. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
