Peel mushrooms and remove stalks, slice, dust with pepper and cornstarch.Mix batter until smooth, set aside.Heat oil on medium. Dip mushrooms into batter and slide slices into oil. When fried, drain on paper. Set aside.Combine lemon, Sweetzfree and vinegar. Add ketchup. Heat on low, stirring. Combine 1/2 tsp cornstarch and 1/2 tbsp water in small bowl. Slowly add a small amount to sauce and stir. Add more until sauce is no longer runny.Lightly saute pineapple, carrot and peppers in oil. Pour sauce into pan and mix well.
