Saute Morning Star crumbles with onion - garlic, salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Set aside once cooked through.In a separate sauce pan -cook rice according to package instructions. Set aside.In a large bowl mix together Morning Star mixture and wild rice. Add additional garlic, salt, pepper and italian seasoning if needed.Add about 1/2 of diced tomatoes and mix well.Stuff each Bell pepper with mixture untill flowing just over the tops.
