*1/2 C. Fat Free Refried Beans

*2 Bearito's Tostada Shells (these are flat)

* Iceberg Lettuce, shredded

* 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese (any flavor you like)

* 2 Tbsp. Salsa

* 2 Tbsp. Plain Fat Free Yogurt

* Avacado slice (optional)

* 1/2 Fresh Ripe Tomato (chopped), optional

** Hot Sauce or Jalepenos (optional)



How Do I Make Gluten Free/ Vegetarian Favorite Taco's?

Here is how you make Gluten Free/ Vegetarian Favorite Taco's:

The "Soy Taco" comes in a pouch. All that is needed, is to add water to the mixture to make it the consistency you like, and heat either in a skillet or in the microwave. While the "meat" is heating, put 2 "Bearitos Tostada Shells" (the flat ones) in the oven to warm. In the meantime, heat the can of Fat Free Refried Beans and start to arrange the condiments platter. Include Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese, optional Chopped Fresh Tomatoes, optional Sliced Avacado, optional jalepeno pepper. To Arrange: With 2 warm Tostada's on your plate start to stack the "taco". Equally divide and put on each Tostada, the meat (less) mixture first, then add refried beans, shredded Cheese, then top each taco with 1 Tbsp. of Salsa, and 1 Tbsp. of Fat Free Plain Yogurt to substitute for the sour cream.One serving is 2 Taco's **It was so good that I had it again the next night, except this time my family also wanted them! Everyone had fun making their own combinations and they used regular Taco's instead of the Tostada Shells I prefer. IMHO the flat shells were great and easier to eat!
