1 T hot chili oil
2 cups pineapple chunks

Sesame oil for cooking seitan
4-5 soft taco flour tortillas (not in calorie count)
3-4 scallions, chopped

Here is how you make Korean Style Taco Filling with Sriracha Pineapple:
