Here is how you make Vegitarian Teriyaki:

Makes 4 ServingsRoughly chop onionThinly slice all 6 of the bell peppers (VERY THIN)In a warm pan add 2 all ingredients (mushrooms on top as they will burn / cook faster than others) add a tbs of water to get some steam and to speed up the cooking. Cover if you cannot stir without overflow. Once softened, mix teriyaki powder with 1/2 cup of water. Pour into veggie mix still on low heat. sauce will thicken.
