Lay sliced tofu flat in a tupperware. Pour marinade on top. Gently shake or flip tupperware with lid on to distribute marinade. You can let the tofu sit between 10-45 minutes here if you want, but if you're in a hurry, just the gently shake will work.4. Lay tofu flat on lightly oiled foil-covered baking sheet.
