1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 TBS maple syrup
1 TBS olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground chipotle powder
1 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (I use Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Hot and Spicy)


How Do I Make Jamaican Jerk Tofu?

Here is how you make Jamaican Jerk Tofu:

Preheat oven to 3501. Slice Tofu (approximately 1/2 inch thick) and place in baking pan2. Wisk soy sauce, cider vinegar, maple syrup and olive oil in small bowl.3. Mix in cumin, chipotle powder and Jamaican jerk seasoning.4. Pour mixture over tofu and flip tofu slices to make sure sauce gets on all the slices.5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.6. Remove cover and check after 30 minutes. The sauce should be reduced by at least 1/2.7.
