Preheat oven to 425 degrees (F). Drain and press tofu very well. Slice into 1/8" pieces (about 12-16 per block) and line on a baking sheet. Place a towel and heavy object over them and press for about 10 minutes.Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients.Place tofu slices on a nonstick sheet or lightly oiled cookie sheet. Brush tops of tofu with marinade using a pastry brush. Let sit 10 minutes.Brush tops again. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip pieces. Brush tops again, and bake for 15 more minutes.
