Cut tofu in one inch cubes. In a heavy sauce pan heat oil, add cumin seeds and chopped onions. Brown lightly and add ginger, garlic paste. Continue cooking and all dry spices mix well and add crushed tomoatoes. Add tofu, peas, carrots and mushroom. Stir and mix well, reduce heat and cook covered until carrots are soft.
