Add cabbage and garlic and cook another 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in tofu. Dissolve boullon cubes in boiling water, and add to pot along with paprika and thyme. Stir in noodles and tomatoes. Simmer coverered for 15 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste, sprinkly cheese over top.
