1-3 TBS roasted (not boiled) STICKY RICE, ground to a powder (regular rice will not work, so if you can not get glutenous rice, skip the rice)
1-3 TBS red pepper flakes (the heat with the mint make a fabulous combination!)
1 handfull of fresh cilantro or 1 tsp dried, optional
2-4 limes, juiced (depending on how sour you like things)

Mix everything together in a bowl and serve or you can leave it to chill in the frig.
