12 Brussels sprouts,
1/3 c fresh Cilantro
3 clove Garlic,

How Do I Make Carmelized Tofu with Brussel Sprouts?

Here is how you make Carmelized Tofu with Brussel Sprouts:

1. Slice tofu longways in 1/4 inch slices- then half so that they are skinny pieces2. Heat oil and dash of salt in frying pan3. Lightly brown tofu (about 5-6 minutes)4. Add Pecans and Garlic (cook 3 more minutes)5. Add Brown sugar (cook 2 more minutes)6. Put tofu mixture aside in bowl and add cilantro- mix7. In same used pan cook sliced brussel sprouts until slightly softened on med/high heat- approx 5 minutes8.
