Rice How Do I Make Seared Tofu Stirfry?Here is how you make Seared Tofu Stirfry: Take the four sauces and mix together. Dice the garlic and add to sauce. Use half the sauce to coat the tofu slices and leave to marinate.Put rice into a pot on the stove. A little less than two parts water to one part rice. Sprinkle with salt. Place covered on high heat. Once the rice boils, remove immediately from heat and put on another burner set to low. Leave for 20 minutes. While rice is cooking:Slice carrots and red peppers. Break asparagus into two inch pieces. Set tips aside. Trim snap pea ends if desired.Heat large pan with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add carrots and asparagus, minus the tips. Saute for five minutes.In a small pan, fry tofu until lightly browned on both sides.Add asparagus tips, snap peas, and red peppers to the carrots and asparagus.
