Micowave or steam the carrots, zucchini, and broccoli (I microwave-steam veggies by putting them in a bowl with an inch or so of water and covering with plastic wrap and venting, then microwave for 4-5 minutes).Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic. Cook for about 10 minutes to carmelize the onion. Cut tofu into strips. Add to the onion and garlic. Cover with teriyaki sauce and cook for about 5 minutes.Add steamed veggies, basil, sesame seeds and salt/pepper (I only use pepper). Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.This makes 7 1/2c servings.
