2 tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 cup plain Yogurt (nonfat)
1-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Juice of one Lemon
Vinegar (just a splash, I use rice vinegar)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
fresh ginger, grated


How Do I Make Curried Tofu and Veggies?

Here is how you make Curried Tofu and Veggies:

Cut up all your ingredients for the veggies and toss lightly in the sesame oil. In a separate cup, add all the sauce ingredients and mix well, then pour onto veggies and tofu.
