110 grams Mushrooms, fresh
1 medium Carrots, raw
0.66 oz Peanuts, dry-roasted
2 tbsp Cilantro, raw
10 grams Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted

Here is how you make Seared Tofu with sweetend Siricha and veggies:

1. Cut tofu in half. Place halves between paper towels and use a plate's weight to press out water (let stand 15 minutes). Then cut in to 3/4 in cubes.2. Combine chili sauce, honey, hoisin, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.3. Steam brocolli (and bok choy if using)4. Combine flour and cornstarch (about 2 tbs of each). Dredge tofu.5. Heat 1 tbs of oil over med-high heat in large skillet/wok. swirl. Add half of the tofu. Cook about 5 minutes until all sides browned. Remove. Add another 1 tbs and repeat with remaining tofu.6. Add 1 and 1/2 TSP of remaining oil and cook onion, mushrooms , carrot about 4 minutes. Return tofu to pan and cook additional 1 minute.7. Divide brocolli mix and tofu among 4 plates.
