1/4 brick tofu, finely diced
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/8 cup teriyaki sauce
1 leaf romaine lettuce, shredded

Here is how you make Tofu Vermicelli:

Dice tofu and add to skillet with cabbage over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, boil water and add to noodles, discarding seasoning packet. Let noodles sit 5 minutes. Meanwhile, stir-fry tofu. Drain noodles and layer on bottom of bowl. Shred lettuce on top of it, top with Italian dressing, mix well. Add sauce to tofu, stir-fry 5 minutes more. Layer on top of noodles. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
