Place in an oven proof vessel of about 8"x4" oval (an aluminum Chipotle salad container works PERFECTLY!!) that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk. Turn the oven to 350 degrees, and bake for 35-to-45 minutes, or until the crust is set. Turn the oven off, and allow the loaf to cook with the residual heat.
