Lightly brown mushroom caps in cooking spray. Mix together tuna,celery and onions. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice,basil and black pepper. Pour over tuna mixture and stir to combine.Put mushroom caps in a lidded saute pan. Spoon tuna into each cap equally. Top each with a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese.
