Brush mushrooms with olive oil, than place in the oven turning once until softened and cooked through,around 10 minutes.In a bowl combine tuna, celery, parsley, lemon juice, and remaining oil. Salt and pepper to taste.mushrooms, divide tuna mixture among mushrooms and spread evenly. Top with swiss cheese place back in to broiler to melt cheese.
