Here is how you make Vegan Scalloped Cabbage:

Parboil cabbage in 1 cup water fo 5 minutes. Saute onion in skillet sprayed with cooking spray until tender. Sprinkle flour and salt over onion. Drain cabbage water into onion mixture and stir over low heat until thickened.Preheat oven to 350.Blend tofu, tsp salt, oil, vinegar and pepper until smooth. Fold into cabbage along with onions.
