1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp whipped earth balance
2 tbsp mixture of sugar and brown sugar
ICING
2 tbsp almond milk
3/4 cup powsered sugar

Here is how you make Vegan Cinnamon Rolls:

For Dough:First in a bowl mix together Almond milk and Apple Cider Vinegar. Set a side for 5 min.Mix in a large bowl all dry ingredients; baking soda, powder, 3 cups of the flour, & sugar.Add in wet ingredients; applesauce and milk mixture.On a very floured surface knead the dough. It will take that last 3/4 cup to get it to the right consistenancy.Finally roll out to a good size rectangle.For The FILLINGMelt the butter and spread on the rectangle.Sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugars evenly.Roll up the rectangle into a cylinder. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
