Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Spinach, fresh, 4 cups sliced.

Noodles:

Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain lasagna noodle
3/4 box

Veggies:

Half of 1 large Zucchini, sliced
3 large mushrooms sliced
1 large red pepper sliced into 16 pieces
large sections of a 1/4 white onion

Cheese mixture:

I jar artichoke hearts drained rinsed and chopped
Jalepeno Soy Cheese, 1/2 package
Seasoning

Cheese topping:
Jalepeno Soy Cheese, 1/4 package

Here is how you make Vegan Artichoke Lasagna:

Makes 10 1 cup servingsPreheat oven to 350 FChop 1 clove garlic.Fry in large saucepan.Add oregano and chili.Fry shortly and add tomato paste.Then add the can diced tomatoes.Chop fresh tomatoes. Add to sauce pan. Slowly add in water. Let simmer.Wash and chop spinach. Set aside.Cook noodles according to package.Prepare veggies and lightly fry them.Drain and rinse artichoke hearts. Place in bowl.Grate soy cheese. Add to bowl. Season heavily with salt and pepper. Mix together.As sauce thickens, take off heat and stir in spinach until soft.In a 9x11 baking dish layer ingrediants in the following order.saucenoodlesauceveggiesnoodlesauce cheese mixturenoodlesauce veggiesauceThe dish will be quite full. A baking tray can be placed on the rack below to catch any unwanted drippings.
