Let them soak overnight - you should end up with roughly 6 c of chickpeas after soaking.Dissolve the bouillon in the boiling water, then allow to cool to room temperature. Stir in the chia seeds. Cover and soak overnight. The Day of Preparation:Drain and rinse the chickpeas well. Pour them into your food processor along with the chia seeds and all other ingredients. You'll have better luck if you process the ingredients in thirds and then stir the resulting batches together. Add the water as necessary to each batch. Process till the mixture is almost, but not quite a paste - it should be able to hold together well; you don't want any chunks of chickpeas, but you don't want hummus, either.Place in a bowl and stir well to incorporate the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.Preheat oven to 350?F (177?C). Spray a wide loaf pan with a no-calorie, non-stick spray. Place the mixture into the loaf pan, packing lightly, but ensuring that the mixture is in contact with the bottom and sides of the pan. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Raise the oven temperature to 400?F (205?C), uncover the pan and continue cooking an additional 30 minutes until brown on top.Cool on a rack before removing from pan. To remove, place a plate over the pan, and then flip the plate and pan over. You may need to use a knife to loosen the edges first, depending on how well your non-stick spray works.Serving Size: Makes 12 ServingsNumber of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JSLATE2K.What's The Nutritional Info For Vegan Loaf? The nutritional information for Vegan Loaf is:
