Here is how you make Vegan Philly Cheesesteak:

Heat coconut oil in skilet over medium heat. Add peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic, reduce heat to low, and cook until veggies are tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl, cover with a dish or plastic wrap and set aside to steam.Return skillet to medium heat and add 2 tablespoons water. Loosen any caramelized bits. Add bacon and cook for 2 minutes, turning once. Add more water if skillet gets dry.
