I'm only posting this recipe because I want to track what I ate yesterday. I didn't particularly enjoy it although many, many other people liked it. I just hate hate HATE the taste of soy. Actually, I thought the recipe was kind of gross. Again, other people DID like it though. If you're going to try this, you may want to add a buttload of salt and nutritional yeast. Ugh. Otherwise, don't bother and use my linguine alfredo recipe. That one is A+.

Place all ingredients (except pasta, peas, and sausage) into a blender. Blend to a creamy sauce, adding more soy milk to achieve desired consistency. Heat gently until hot, but do not boil or it will burn.Cook pasta according to package directions. Cut the sausage into slices and heat according to package directions. Heat the peas.
