Add the shredded vegetables to a large, deep nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. 3. Saute the vegetables over medium for about 15 min. It should dry up a bit. 4. Grind the almonds into a coarse meal using a food processor, and add to the skillet along with the salt, herbs, and nutritional yeast. Stir to combine. 5. Add the sundried tomatoes along with crushed tomatoes to a food processor. Puree until smooth. Then add to veggies along with tomato paste.6. Bring to a simmer, then reduce to low, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly reduced.7.
