Here is how you make Mashed Vegetable Bake:

Boil the red potatos. Cut and place in mixer. Boil the rutabaga. Cut and place in mixer. Boil the beets. Cut and place in the mixer. Blend the three ingreients and set to the side.Saute all of the remaing ingredients with the excepton of the cheese. Cook until softened and tender. Add to the potato mixture and mix throughly. Cheddar cheese can be grated and added to potato mixture or sliced and placed on top after the mixture has been placed in a baking dish.Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until heated through.
