Set aside.Place cauliflower in microwave-safe bowl with about 1 to 2 tbsp. water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for about 3 minutes (or until desired tenderness).Add mushrooms, re-cover and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
