Slice your onion and mushrooms to your liking. Drain frozen spinach. Finely, chop garlic and set to the side. Shred mozzarella and set to the side. Add olive oil to medium heat (save just enough olive oil so that you can brush the top of your Naan). Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms. Add parsley flakes. Once onions turn translucent, remove from heat. Brush Naan with with the remaining 1/2 tsp of olive oil. Spread spinach across Naan. Sprinkle salt over spinach. Spread onion and mushroom mix and follow by spreading mozzarella over top. Place on a baking sheet and place in oven until mozzarella melts thoroughly.
