Here is how you make Fresh Vegetable Quiche:

Mix together 5 egg whites and 1 entire egg (with yoke) and set aside.Chop up garlic into small pieces and set aside.Clean spinach and chop up.Clean leek and chop up.Clean tomato and chop up.Clean broccoli heads and chop into medium sized pieces.Add 2 tbsp of olive oil into saute pan and cook spinach, tomato, broccoli, and leek on medium heat until broccoli is soft.Add garlic once the broccoli is soft and mix up.Pour contents of saute pan into a small-medium sized non-stick casserole pan.Pour egg mixture into casserole pan with other ingredients. Mix well so that everything has good egg coverage.Shake a little salt and pepper on top.
