You can use whatever vegetables you like, and you can usually find a good stir fry mix, but I chose:3 cloves garlic5 baby carrots1 cup broccoli1 cup cauliflower2/3 cup red peppers2/3 cup green peppers15 green beansPut 1-2 tsp. olive oil or another oil (the nutrition info includes 2 tsp. olive oil) and garlic, and stir fry just one minute or so until slightly browned.Add hard, dense vegetables -- carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower. Stir fry until they start to get soft, the broccoli will become a bit darker.Add in softer vegetables -- peppers and green beans. (I actually put in the green beans a couple minutes before the peppers).Add 4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon corn starch, and 1-2 teaspoons ground ginger to create a sauce.
