Here is how you make Oriental Vegetable Stir-Fry:

Prepare wok with canola oil and spread around evenly. In cereal bowl, mix 1.5 tbsp dried garlic powder and 1/s tsp red chili flakes with 1/2 cup hot water and set aside. In another small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce and 1/2 packet sweetener. Place wok on medium-high heat, and when oil is hot, add in frozen mixed vegetables. Cook 2 minutes, then add in garlic water mixture; cover and cook 4 more minutes. Mix in soy/oyster sauce and cook 2 more minutes.
